RETURNS @ KITSY LANE
If you're ever not 100% delighted, we accept returns on most items for a limited time after purchase (usually 14 days). To check the return policy on a particular item before you order, visit the "Shipping & Returns" tab on the product detail page. And to see if a previously purchased item is eligible for a return, visit "My Account" at the top of your store page and select "My Orders." Items marked as final sale are just that and cannot be returned.
In order to qualify for a refund, all returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with no evidence of wear or alteration of any kind. Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all tags, bags, and boxes if applicable. Items sent back after the return window will not be eligible for refund.
To return your item, ship it to us using the postal service of your choosing (we recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method for your protection) at:

Please include a copy of your packing slip to ensure you receive your refund. If you don't have the original, you can print a new one by visiting "My Orders" and choosing "details" next to the order you'd like to return.
Postage aside, returns are free of charge, and your credit card will be credited for the full cost of the item minus the original shipping charges. For items returned that were incorrectly shipped or damaged, we'll reimburse you for shipping, too.
